Life is all about change. However, our willingness to grow as a result of this change is a personal choice. I have chosen throughout my life to take every opportunity to learn and grow.  My life began quite simple growing up in the farmlands of IL in a blue collar family. Although work ethic always existed, it was how I cared about those around me that always made a difference and allowed me to achieve success in my career. I have a strong appetite for self-reflection and personal development, particularly as it relates to my ability to be a kind and and caring servant leader. From Emotional Intelligence, to Systems Thinking, to Disruptive Innovation and everything in between, I have challenged myself intellectually while always relating all aspects to human motivation. You will find that I serve more as a facilitator, engaging the students in discussion and dialogue. My goal is to create a safe environment where we all feel comfortable sharing, engaging, laughing and learning from our own experiences.  Typical class size ranges from 10-20 students.

This is really up to you. I am willing to help every student on their life journey in any way I can.  I provide coaching, mentoring, organizational training, as well as business and strategic planning for all types of organizations. 

Please reach out to me and we can discuss your specific needs and those of your organization.  I am willing to travel anywhere in the world to offer this training, I simply need a host that will cover the travel and provide for a suitable classroom and logistics. For smaller businesses and non-profits, I will typically try to organize a full class by leveraging your local chamber of commerce. Chambers may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administration and logistics of the training.
